If you have any questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out for help. Accepted Forms of Payments Remaining balances can be settled using Zelle, cash, and a debit or credit card. When using debit or credit card a 3.5% processing fee will be applied for any and all transactions made through Glossgenius.
CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that unexpected things come up! Your appointment time is reserved just for you, and a late cancellation or no-show leaves a gap in my schedule that another client could have used. Cancellation Notice: Please provide at least 72 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This gives me enough time to offer the slot to another client. Late Cancellation Fee: Appointments cancelled with less than 72 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment and do not provide notice, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
